Insight Recall is a division of Insight Investments Corp., a leading equipment leasing and consulting company. Insight Recall was formed to provide to its small to medium-sized business customers data replication and recovery services that may otherwise be available only to large Enterprises because of the normally high infrastructure and monitoring costs associated with these services. Insight Recall determined that it could enable its customers to take advantage of nearly $100,000 in hardware and software for as little as $2,000 a month.<\/p>\n
Insight Recall has a highly trained, experienced team of technology experts who can assess the data replication needs of its customers. We help our customers to determine which data files and data types require frequent replication, develop schedules for data replication, and assist in configuring and running the Insight Recall service. We store customer data on NetApp storage devices individually dedicated to each customer, at our Tier One Secure Data Center.<\/p>\n
We can also assist our customers with restoring their replicated data by physical transfer between our storage device and the customer\'s equipment in the event of a catastrophic data loss or system failure of a magnitude in which a physical transfer of the device would be faster than a transfer over the Internet.<\/p>\n
Insight Recall was launched internally in March, 2008 and is available to SMB and SME customers now.<\/p>\n
